2006 Wanted Man Black Label WM Shiraz
Selected rows of Shiraz that show genuine promise are singled out early in the vintage season for attention, and as the season develops, these rows are retained or culled to provide the core fruit for our premium wine, the WM. Hand picked in March and April, these bunches of Shiraz represent the best fruit on the vineyard, and are gently crushed under foot in large open top fermenters, with indigenous yeasts. Matured in a mix of new and old French barriques, and released when it is ready.
