2006 Wanted Man Black Label Shiraz Viognier
Premium quality Shiraz fruit hand picked from the vineyard is co-fermented with a very small portion of Viognier - perhaps as little as 2 or 3% - in small open top fermenters. The Viognier contributes a delicate floral note alongside a spicy apricot character that is reminiscent of Cote Rotie wines in France. Aged in a combination of new and old French barriques, and released when ready.
