2006 Wanted Man Black Label Shiraz Dolcetto
Shiraz and Dolcetto is an unusual blend, but one that is particularly harmonious for us - the spice and voluptuousness of Dolcetto contributes mightily to the richness of Shiraz, and these varieties ar co-fermented in open top fermenters and aged in a combination of new and old barriques. This wine is not produced annually, as Dolcetto has proven to be very delicate in the heat of Heathcote - tryn some if you see it!
